Renting a lens from our business is a straightforward process. Start by exploring our lens inventory, which includes a variety of professional Sony E-Mount lenses. Once you've chosen the lens that suits your needs, select your desired rental period. Add the lens to your cart and proceed to checkout. After checkout you will need to provide a photo of your drivers licence or passport. We will then prepare the lens for delivery by Uber Courier at a time convenient for you. When your rental period is over, return the lens in person, or contact us to arrange collection
If you accidentally damage a rented lens while using it, please notify us immediately. We understand that accidents can happen. The extent of the damage will be assessed, and the cost to repair or replace the lens taken from your security deposit. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and we're here to assist you in resolving the situation as smoothly as possible.
Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period for a lens if you find that you need it for a longer duration than originally planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the lens's continued availability. Keep in mind that lens availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment.
